Hey Hey, I’m Marley. I’m an Ogden Valley Local, passionate paddle-boarder and lover of Halloween. After being unable to find a witch paddle in Utah to attend, I took matters into my own hands. I have organized a impromptu event called “Witching Hour on the Water”and I’m inviting the community to join me! I’m hoping to establish the Witch Paddle as an annual tradition in Ogden Valley.
